These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrepQ ("we," "us," "our") at prepq.health. By accessing PrepQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
PrepQ is an AI-powered patient education platform providing physician-authored procedure preparation guidance. It delivers answers to patients' most common pre-procedure and post-procedure questions across Pain Management, Orthopedics, and Urology via text and voice.
PrepQ is an educational reference tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare providers based on individual patient circumstances.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PrepQ. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Opt-in: SMS messages from PrepQ are sent only to users who explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our registration page. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively select it to enroll. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS.
By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from PrepQ related to procedure preparation, pre-op reminders, and recovery information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any PrepQ text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and will not receive further messages. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PrepQ's SMS program is for procedure-related educational content only. No marketing messages will be sent via SMS.
Content provided by PrepQ is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for clinical decisions. Pre-procedure instructions and medication guidance provided by PrepQ are general references and must be confirmed with your treating physician.
All content, design, and functionality of PrepQ is the property of PrepQ and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
PrepQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepQ and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
